Painting of the Week – Tango
Adding More
Staring at Tango for 2 weeks over my fireplace convinced me to make some changes. Knowing how much work was involved to take it out of the frame and reframe it did not dissuade me. What shocked me is that I wanted to add more color to this already very colorful piece. It worked. Is this the spectacular piece you are looking for your dining room?
Usually you hear less is more. So generally, the goal is to simplify in the planning stage. It is good to get away from a piece for a while so you can get a cold, fresh look at it before deciding to make changes. Listen to your thoughts.
Sincerely,
