Painting of the Week

Painting of the Week – Sunlit Trail & Upcoming Exhibit and Workshops

Many of us are craving warmth. I thought it would be nice to share this new painting called Sunlit Trail. Just imagine the horse and rider are walking the shady side of the trail. Warmth will come back to us soon. This painting is primarily warm with the greens, oranges and yellows with red accents. The blues are not dominant but add needed relief. This acrylic shows my Neo-Impressionistic style which is exemplified by active stylized brushwork and use of color using a subject. Please stop by my show at the Red Door in Wahpeton, ND  listed below and see this piece up close!
