Meditate with Art
This is my most meditative painting at our Three Women show at the Rourke Art Museum. I painted the water from dark to light using many transparent layers of acrylic. It feels like you can almost see into the water despite the fact there is little detail shown. That glow and unique sense of depth is especially present when you see it in person.

Safe Passage is in the vault room where you will see how powerfully it affects a space. The frame is perfect. I am so proud of my girlfriends Carmen Bruhn’s and Elizabeth Schwankl’s work at this show as well. Our three different styles are very compatible. You may remember how summer feels when you stop by.
