Pedestrian Crossing

In case the winter blues have struck, feast your eyes on this piece, put yourself there and you might warm up. In Pedestrian Crossing, the street is lined with alternating hanging baskets of Petunias. It was exciting to paint to paint the  reflections through the glass walkway t the Sanford Clinic on Broadway in Fargo.  This hazy early morning view of the downtown Fargo had my full attention. I love the woman crossing the street with flowers to cheer someone up.

This painting is floated in a natural off white with a Burgandy liner in a dark simple but contemporary frame.
