Harbor Patrol

From a trip to Catalina Island the harbor sparkled with boats against the  dark blue water.  This harbor is a parking lot  for boats and apparently the most expensive parking I have ever heard of.  People were certainly going all over and partying in their boats to make the most of it.  You can take a ferry across the bay and they offer you a free drink on your birthday.
