Magic of the Night – Original Acrylic Painting

“Magic of the Night”, is a framed acrylic painting of downtown Palm Desert, California.  There are large medians on El Paseo many of which are sculpture gardens. This painting displays painted metal sculptures reflect light, tree lights that turn brown tree trunks gold. Many different colored white lights, neon, and reflections on colored cars create a colorful foreground against a calm blue mountain at sunset. This painting- unfinished color-fest has very fun for me so far.

The looseness of this piece accents the color. This painting is very impressionistic.
