Golden Mums – Mini Original Gouache

Golden Mums is a mini original gouache painting by Ellen Jean Diederich.

Behind the process: I snuck over and took a picture of this bright Yellow Mum flower pot on the table at my neighbor’s lake place. It was the perfect subject to study for my Beginning Gouache Workshop that I was going to teach. I painted it, and it turned into a delightful mini original, perfect as a gift. It is framed beautifully in a gold frame, and it’s perfect for any space! The original image is sized at 8 1/4″ x 5 3/4″ and framed at 15 1/4″ x 12 3/4″.
