This year’s theme is “Familiar Lands & Foreign Gates: The Hero’s Journey”. Images are requested to get archetypical delving in the hero, myth, and storytelling- from anacient times to modenr days.  Joseph Cambell (author of The Hero with 1,000 Faces) popularized the idea of monomyth: that many stories across cultures and across the ages follow a common pattern or template.

Come and enjoy our interpretation of the theme!
