The FMVA and the NDAEA are hosting an Art Advocates Exhibition at the West Acres Mall at the JC Penney Wing!

From their site: “Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists (FMVA) and the North Dakota Arts Education (NDAEA) are coming together to promote and support our state and regional arts advocates. This joint exhibition features the artwork of art educators & artists who directly interact in advocating for the visual arts. We recognize this special group of educators, instructors, and advocates who inspire new generations of artists and support their contributions to our communities. The Art Advocates’ Exhibition is sponsored by the FMVA and NDAEA. Help us celebrate art educators, instructors, and advocates who contribute to our communities & inspire new generations of artists! We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to view works of art created by these special individuals. Their impact on learners they mentor is truly immense. This exhibition is open to ALL art educators & artists who directly interact in educating others in the visual arts.” 

The FMVA Art Advocates Exhibition 2026 runs from July 29th-October 5th! The Artist Reception is August 8th 1p.m.-3p.m.!
