The city of Fargo has been a major inspiration for many of my paintings. I find so much beauty here in the architecture and the sense of community. It may be cold here, but the warm people make up for the long winters. Within the community we have many wonderful local businesses and artists.
I thought of this painting because I saw online that the Fargo Film Festival was taking place. This is held at the Fargo Theatre which you can see in this painting, Film Festival. The bright colors reflect the warm and bright community. I have a fun time painting images in Fargo and I love sharing them with everyone.
